Black Pearl returns after a productive week of diving in the Maldives
Black Pearl has returned after a productive week of seeing whale sharks and manta rays. The last dives of the trip includes: Maaya Thila (Day and Night), Makaru Thila and Lankan Manta Point.
Makaru Thila was a top dive with more than 10 gray reef sharks of different sizes from juvenile sharks to lagers adults. The sighting was up close while divers are hooked to the edge of the thila which is 12 to 15 meters deep which made it easier for all the divers to see it.

Lankan Manta Point was made as a request from all the divers but the dive ended without seeing a single manta.
After returning to Hulhumale, all were off to visit the capital Male’ and after about 2 hours everyone returned back to boat for dinner. All divers checked-out and left the boat with a promise to be back soon again.
