Fish Head: all time favorite dive site.
Himendhoo Thila; is one hour boat ride from the anchoring point of last night. The main boat brought us near the dive site.
This Thila is known to see large manta rays. We spotted 6 mantas, couple of eagle rays, white tips and napoleon.
Second dive is just 45 minutes away from the first dive site. Dhonkalo Thila; Manta point a very famous dive site among the Liveaboards. The current was in the right direction and it was perfect condition to dive at this site. We had 4 mantas circling for about 55 minutes.
For the third dive we sailed to the eastern side of the atoll to Mushimasmingili Thila (Fish Head), a protected marine area in northern Ari atoll. A very prominent dive site among many divers and regarded as a top dive.
The current was medium strong with 30 meters of visibility. On the up current lost of activities tunas chasing the fusilier, 3 Gray reef sharks, white tips, turtle of the top reef and lots of bat fish. The friendly napoleon stayed by side and followed throughout the whole dive.
After the dive we sailed to Maayafushi and anchored in the lagoon for the night.
