Nautilus One liveaboard scuba diving safaris last between six and ten nights. On each day of the safari, two or three dives are held, and one night dive is also held each week. There are two seasons in the Maldives: the Northeast Monsoon and Southwest Monsoon. Big animals like the Whale Sharks and Manta Rays can be found in completely different sites, depending on the season. During the Northeast Monsoon, these creatures are found on the Western part of the Maldives, whereas during the Southwest Monsoon, they are likely to be found on the Eastern edges of the Maldives.

Nautilus One Liveaboard Facilities
Nautilus One is a traditional Maldivian style ship, but is equipped with all the facilities and services required for a scuba diving liveaboard vacation. Throughout your liveaboard safari in the Maldives, Nautilus One Liveaboard is accompanied by a second 65-feet boat, known as a Dhoni, from where all the dives are taken and all dive equipment is kept, making your time on board Nautilus One more comfortable since there is no dive equipment in the way of your relaxation and the Dhoni can get much closer to dive sites than the main Nautilus One boat. Nautilus One is equipped with state-of-the-art safety and navigational features, including GPS, GSM, Sonar, Radio, Medical Oxygen and complete First Aid kit.
Apart from the guest cabins, Nautilus One Liveaboard offers several communal areas, where scuba divers can relax together, including a places for guests to congregate, including outdoor and indoor dining areas, a bar and sundeck.
Nautilus One Liveaboard Activities
While the primary activity on the Nautilus One is scuba diving, there are several other activities that can be enjoyed between dives, and even for people who don’t scuba dive, but still want to enjoy a liveaboard holiday in the Maldives. Among the other activities that can be enjoyed on Nautilus One guests are fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing trips to the nation’s capital of Male, beach barbecues and sunbathing.

Nautilus One Liveaboard holidays are all-inclusive packages, in which all dives (equipment is not included), three meals a day, airport transfers and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. The bar on Nautilus One serves a full range of alcoholic drinks but these are charged additionally.
