Nautilus Two Liveaboard

Nautilus Two was constructed in the year 2008 in line with traditional Maldivian ship-building techniques.  Nautilus Two Liveaboard has a classic adventurer feel to it, while at the same time offering all the modern conveniences and safety features you would expect from a world-class scuba diving liveaboard ship.  The Nautilus Two Liveaboard measures 141 feet and has 12 comfortable guest cabins, offering accommodation for up to 24 scuba diving guests.   The Nautilus Two has a classic wooden exterior and stylish interior, decked out with a hint of Maldivian style.

Nautilus Two Liveaboard Diving

Nautilus Two scuba diving safaris last either six or 13 nights, during which time, 2 or three dives are taken each day, as well as one night dive per week.  Dive sites visited from Nautilus Two depend the season in which you visit the Maldives.  Crew members do their best to make sure guests on board Nautilus Two see the best of the Maldives’ marine life, regardless of the season.  Typical sightings from scuba divers diving from the Nautilus Two Liveaboard include Whale Sharks, Manta Rays, Moray Eels, Grey Reef Sharks and Eagle Rays, as well as a wide variety of fish, crustaceans, corals and a wide selection of marine invertebrates.

Nautilus Two Liveaboard Facilities

Nautilus Two is a traditional wooden exploration ship, complete with all the facilities and amenities needed for a great scuba diving holiday.  Nautilus Two Liveaboard is accompanied by a second smaller boat, a 65-foot Dhoni, from where all the dives are taken and all dive equipment is stored.  The boat is equipped with all the latest safety features and navigational tools to ensure the safest diving experience possible, including GPS, Sonar, Radio and GMS.  The Nautilus Two Liveaboard has 12 guest cabins, all of which feature private, en-suite hot-water bathrooms, air conditioning, external windows and comfortable furnishings fashioned from locally produced woods.  Common areas on Nautilus Two Liveaboard offer several places for guests to congregate, including a dining area, bar and sundeck with reclining sunloungers.

Nautilus Two Liveaboard offers several other activities as well as scuba diving, making it a suitable destination for non-divers as well as divers.  Other activities available to Nautilus Two guests include fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing trips to the nation’s capital of Male, barbecues on secluded beaches, and chilling out on deck watching television and movies on the DVD player.

Nautilus Two Liveaboard Food and Service

Nautilus Two Liveaboard holidays are all-inclusive packages, which include all dives (equipment is not included), three meals a day, airport transfers and non-alcoholic drinks.  Alcoholic drinks are available on Nautilus Two Liveaboard at the bar, but are added to your bill at the end of the trip.  Meals on Nautilus Two are served buffet-style and include a nice variety of Asian and Western flavours, typically featuring fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.
