Both chefs are Sri Lankanese and are masters of tasty curries – though they are equally versed in international dishes, not to forget the many Maldivian specialities which make up the popular weekly 'Maldivian Night?. Fresh fruit and salads are a staple here, as are sumptuous desserts.

At the professionally managed on-board bar you will find a choice of international specialties. Drought beer, various wines and cocktails are available at decent prices. Depending on route and weather, there is a beach dinner. A meal on an uninhabited island is a truly romantic experience you should not miss.
